Kirsty McLean is an award winning New Zealand artist. Her oil paintings illuminate rhythms and patterns of human movement. She enjoys interrogating the boundary between 2D and 3D space and manipulating viewpoints. Her interest in mathematical tessellation is clearly evident in her work.
